Brainbay voorziet de Nederlandse vastgoedmarkt van de beste data- en informatieproducten. Het brainbay team is toonaangevend in vastgoedkennis, data intelligence toepassingen en dataproductontwikkeling. Producten omvatten onder andere onderzoek en publicaties over de vastgoedmarkt, API’s en data intelligence modellen.
Brainbay heeft de meest omvangrijke database met informatie over woningen, commercieel vastgoed en agrarische bedrijven in Nederland. Deze database wordt onder andere gebruikt om het aanbod op funda en makelaarswebsites te presenteren. Ons nieuwe kantoor is gevestigd in Utrecht.

Bij brainbay gaan we verder dan alleen professioneel databeheer. Wij verrijken data en creëren innovatieve tools die vastgoeddata toegankelijk maken. We benutten de nieuwste technieken, zoals kunstmatige intelligentie en machine learning, en combineren deze met de expertise van onze vastgoedspecialisten.
Onze kernwaarden
In slechts 4 jaar zijn wij van een startup gegroeid naar een dynamische en gezonde scale-up. Met een team van 40 enthousiaste collega’s werken wij dagelijks aan bruikbare producten voor de vastgoedmarkt, gebaseerd op realtime data. Als dochteronderneming van de NVM hebben we solide ervaring en deskundigheid, terwijl we tegelijkertijd een jong en informeel bedrijf zijn.

FunctieI’ve been part of the brainbay team for a little over a year. The blend of real estate know-how and data expertise opens up a world of endless insights for me. Given my background in both real estate and data, I have the possibility to seamlessly intertwine these two domains in my current role. Currently, I’m working on a project called ‘Gebouwpaspoort’, which provides brokers and valuers with a one-stop solution for all building-related information, streamlining their workflow. Choosing brainbay was an easy decision for me. The company’s combination of real estate and data is what sets it apart. Working here is as cool as it gets in the intersection of these two worlds. Our data from Dutch brokers spans all the way back to 1985, giving us a distinct advantage in a market known for its opacity. Being close to the source data allows us to explore numerous possibilities, be it in Data Science, tools development, or market analyses. Aside from the challenging and impactful work we do at brainbay, what really resonates with me is our collaborative work style. It’s an open and enjoyable atmosphere, providing a lot of freedom for experimentation and exploration.
